Hotel check-in is at 3:00pm local time, and check-out is at 11:00pm local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests, however it cannot be guaranteed and is based on the availability of the hotel.
Reservation Deadline
The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Friday, October 25. Reservations received after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.
Cancelation
If the guest cancels within 72 hours of the date of arrival, the guest’s credit card with be charged for one (1) nights room and tax.
Early Departure Fee
Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.
** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

FROM O’HARE AIRPORT
Taxi: 45 minutes - 1 hour travel time. Cost is approximately $60-$75 during non-rush hours.
Using public transportation:
-15 minutes for downtown. The closest station to the hotel is the Lake Street station, at Clark and Lake Streets, approximately a ½ mile from the hotel. The cost for taking the train is $2.50 each way. We recommend allowing 45 minutes for travel time.
Taxis will be readily available in the area to complete the trip to the hotel. However, if you prefer to walk, follow Lake Street East to Michigan Avenue, then continue North on Michigan Avenue across the Chicago River. The hotel will be the third building on your right-hand side after you cross the bridge.
Driving In:
Get on I-90 E from N Cumberland Ave.
Follow I-90 E and I-94 to W Ohio St.
Continue on W Ohio St. Drive to N Michigan Ave.
FROM MIDWAY AIRPORT:
Taxi: 30-40 minutes travel time. Cost is approximately $45-$55
Using public transportation:
