OPTION 1: Included in your CMSS Industry Partner Package

The Healthcare Innovation Roundtable will be held in conjunction with the CMSS Spring Meeting at the American Society of Clinical Oncology HQ in Alexandria, VA.

Attendees will receive a special group rate of $249 plus tax per night for a double queen or single king room. You must make your reservations no later than March 17th. The hotel will honor this rate only until the room block fills or until March 17th. Attendees can also reserve rooms in the group block by calling 1-866-837-4210 and reference “CMSS Spring Meeting”.
Additional Participation Details
All participation options include company listing (with logo) as an Industry Partner member of the CMSS Healthcare Innovation Roundtable on the CMSS website and social media channels.
Companies are responsible for all travel costs, and in-person participation is required (no virtual option).
Application & Payment

Our team will follow up to confirm your partnership details, including event participant contacts and information on any additional opportunities you’ve selected. An invoice will be provided, and payment can be made via credit card, ACH, or check.
