Yodit Abiy Berhan, MPH

Program Coordinator

Yodit Berhan is a Program Coordinator focused on supporting the execution and operations of some of CMSS’ most vital programming and activities. She collaborates with internal team members, member societies, and external partners to ensure program objectives are met and completed at a high standard. Yodit brings strong experience working with medical specialty societies on healthcare quality, public health, and continuing education. She is committed to advancing equitable and sustainable healthcare systems.

Before joining CMSS, Yodit worked as a program specialist for The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), where she helped develop continuing medical education materials and provided administrative support for taskforce development, committee meetings, and program execution. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University at Albany, School of Public Health, where she also earned a Maternal and Child Health Certificate. She is currently on track to complete a Global Health Certificate.
