Registry Science and Research Initiative

The Registry Science and Research Initiative helps executives and staff of member societies to increase their knowledge of how clinical data registries help to improve physician performance and patient outcomes.

Attendees learn more about the business case for maintaining a registry, models for engaging society members, and models for maintaining privacy, confidentiality and stewardship of the data collected.

Value:

Through CMSS’ model of shared learning and collaboration, specialty society executives, senior staff, and physician leaders increase their knowledge and expertise of clinical research and the broader clinical environment. This initiative is part of CMSS’s commitment to address emerging issues that affect specialty societies and to help channel member contributions that advance healthcare.
