CMSS Spring Meeting is a members-only event that brings together CMSS Professional Peer Group (PPG), CEO Council, and Organization of Program Director Associations (OPDA) members for collaboration and discussion. Meetings primarily occur virtually with a fly-in option for the CEO Council and leadership groups.

The CMSS Spring Meeting (Board and CEO Council Meetings) will be held at the American College of Surgeons Headquarters. All other events will be virtual.

Virtual Meetings for PPGs will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 14-16, 2025. The schedule of virtual meetings will be developed in consultation with PPG leadership and shared in early 2025.

Registration Policies
Registration Cancellation/Substitution:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before the published cancellation date of April 4, 2025. There is a $50 handling fee for ALL refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date will not be eligible for refunds. Requests for substitutions from one registrant to another should be submitted to registration@cmss.org.
Photography and Recording:
By registering and attending the CMSS Spring Meeting 2025, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken of you during the event. You consent to the use of these images and recordings for promotional, educational, and informational purposes by CMSS. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the CMSS website, social media platforms, and in printed materials.
Recorded sessions are owned by CMSS and may be made available for on-demand viewing. If you have questions regarding session recording, please email registration@cmss.org.

Vaccination:
All in-person meeting attendees should be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and recommended boosters per CDC recommendations. CMSS will not be checking vaccination details but rather expect our attendees to be cognizant of the important benefits for everyone.
Masking:
Masks are not required but are welcome. Masks will be available at the registration desk.
Testing and Monitoring:
CMSS asks attendees who are not feeling well not to travel to the meeting. If an attendee feels unwell or is displaying symptoms during the meeting, we recommend testing and refraining from contact with others.
Please notify CMSS (registration@cmss.org) if you test positive for COVID-19 during or immediately after the meeting.
